Annie Helmericks-Louder Road-Trip Discoveries
I am an artist that begins most of my work on location--or plein aire. Although more developed works, or works in other mediums are done in my studio, these quicker, outdoor pieces are essential in gathering information. More importantly, direct contact with the land is essential to me; it fills me up. I am lucky to travel frequently and my home-states are Arizona and Missouri. Wherever I go, I always carry art-supplies and easel. I welcome you to visually come along with me.
